The Library contains approximately 70,000 volumes at present and substantial additions are made every year. There are also a good number of journals and magazines. The Library is open to all members of the College.

Departmental Libraries are also available for the benefit of staff and students belonging to that department .Head of the Department shall be responsible for the maintenance of libraries

Canteen serving Tea & Coffee and Snacks is located at the back side of the College. It is kept opened throughout the day from 8.30 a.m to 5.30p.m everyday.

Syndicate Bank Branch and a Sub-post Office are situated in the campus at the Arni road side.

College Playground is situated in the De Boer campus about 2km from the college. In addition, facilities are available in the College campus, for Basketball, Cricket and Tennis. Indoor games like Table Tennis, Carroms and Chess are also available for students in the campus.

The College runs a hostel providing accommodation for about 120 students. It is situated in the De Boer Campus.

The NCC which has lofty aims and ideas provides training in drill, weapon training, map reading etc. The Voorhees College Unit has four platoons of the infantry division.

There are 3 Units of the NSS in Voorhees College. The Officers incharge are Dr.A.Rufus Manickaoss(History Dept), Dr.Balwin Nambikkairaj(Zoology Dept) and Prof. ERS.Kumar(Defence Dept). Students are invited to join the NSS to do social service and receive leadership training.

A unit of the Student Christian Movement of India functions in Voorhees College with all Christian Students as its members. Apart from taking active part in all Christian activities the members involve in out reach programmes. M/S. D.Azhagarasan (History) and D.Paulraj (Commerce) serve as staff advisers.
